St Ambrose and St Leonard are sister churches in a group of seven parishes which comprise the East Bristol Partnership. The other churches are:

• All Saints Church - Grove Road, Fishponds
• St Aidan's with St George - Fir Tree Lane
• St John's Church - Lodge Causeway, Fishponds
• St Mary's Church - Fishponds
• St Michael and All Angels Church - Two Mile Hill. 

The Partnership is (currently) staffed by three priests and a minister from the Lutheran Church in Germany. These churches are committed by a Partnership Agreement to work together in mission and ministry to the East Bristol Area.
